PACIFIC DELIGHT OFFERS UP TO $300 PER COUPLE SAVINGS ON 34
TOURS TO CHINA
 

AND THE ORIENT; MANY INCLUDE SEVERAL DAYS ON THE YANGTZE RIVER

NEW YORK, NY -- Pacific Delight Tours is offering early-booking savings until March 10 for 34 of its most popular tour packages to China, the Orient and Southeast Asia, many of which include deluxe cruises on the magnificent Yangtze River.  Travelers must book with a deposit by March 10.  Pacific Delight Tours is the largest provider of escorted and independent tours to China, the Orient and Southeast Asia, and has recently expanded into the South Pacific and Africa and, in conjunction with Swan Hellenic, is offering Discovery cruises in Europe and South America. 
 

Discounts range from $300 per couple on “China Gold Experience” packages -- upscale, fully-escorted with five-star accommodations and group sizes limited to a maximum of 16 -- priced from $4,695 per person, double, to $100 per couple on “Supervalue” trips -- fully-escorted and/or locally hosted in deluxe and superior first-class hotels with prices starting at $1,399.  Pacific Delight also has non-discounted seven-day air-inclusive “Supervalue” single-city tours of Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Bangkok or Singapore, priced from $799 per person, double.
 

There are three China “Gold Experience” packages available with $300 per couple savings: 16 days at $4,695 to $4,955, 18 days at $5,695 to $5,995, and 19 days at $5,815 to $6,135.  All of the tours spend time in Shanghai, Beijing, Xi’an, Guilin and Hong Kong; the two longer packages add a three- and four-night Yangtze River cruise, respectively.  Both Yangtze River programs include junior suites with private balconies on the Victoria Cruises ship as well as private shore excursions.
 

Couples can save $200 on any of five fully-escorted “Yangtze River Imperial Deluxe” tours -- 14 to 21 days with stays in deluxe hotels and balcony cabins, priced from $2,689 to $4,595 -- or six “Escapade” packages, ranging from a 15-day family-focused program to an 18-day adventure that combines China and Japan.  “Escapade” prices are $3,030 to $4,205.
 

There is a choice of 20 “Supervalue” packages with $100-per-couple savings.  The “Supervalue” program offers exceptional value and is either escorted or locally-hosted.  Examples include an eight-day Bangkok and Phuket combination starting at $1,399; 18 days in Thailand and the Golden Triangle from $1,649; and a 15-day Tibet passage that takes in seven cities in China and Tibet and is priced from $3,308.
 

All Pacific Delight air-inclusive packages include trans-Pacific flights on United or Northwest Airlines; accommodations at superior first-class, deluxe and five-star hotels; outside cabins with balconies on “Gold” and “Imperial” packages to the Yangtze River; all air and land transportation as described in the tour description; sightseeing and entertainment; most meals; transfers, baggage handling, hotel taxes and service charges; and $100,000 flight insurance when air reservations are ticketed by Pacific Delight Tours.
