Press registration is restricted to editors, reporters, photographers and broadcasters who are planning coverage of the New York Times Travel Show and is subject to the final approval of The NY Times Travel Show press office. Those requesting press credentials may be required to fax additional accreditation in the form of a photocopy of a valid New York City press badge and/or past clips and/or a letter on the media outlet's letterhead from the editor confirming the assignment. Registration includes access to all Friday seminars, and Friday through Sunday Show admission.

Submitting a request for press credentials does not guarantee a press pass to The New York Times Travel Show.

Your press registration request is not complete until you receive an email confirmation from The New York Times Travel Show press office. The confirmation email should be printed and brought to the on-site press desk the weekend of the event at the Javits Center in order to gain access to the Travel Show.
