C.L.I.M.B. For Kids works with high school students to
unite education, technology and the outdoors. Our program
creates global learning through international expeditions: our
students travel to foreign countries to set up donated
computer labs. They are responsible for teaching foreign
students how to maintain the hardware and use the software.
Then we use these new international connections to enhance
learning in our American classrooms. We invite kids from our
participating schools to develop problem solving and
leadership skills through online expeditions where they can
meet students from all over the world, learn from different
cultures and develop life-long friendships. |
