Exhibitors of the Outside Travel Expo Pease read the
following information in order to obtain a Letter of
Invitation and a Visas
Helpful
hints:
We
suggest you begin planning as early as possible to obtain
your visa. Please contact your nearest embassy or consultant
for a current time estimate of processing and procedures
related to processing. Once you receive your letter of
invitation, you will want to
schedule and interview appointment. Check which fees are due
and which must be paid before your interview so that you
don't lose your appointment. Photographs must have been
taken within the last 6 months of your interview. Should you
require an official letter of invitation,
as an exhibitor during our event, you can request a
visa letter by sending an email with the following
information:

Company name
Complete
company address, including country Company telephone number
Company fax number Email address Name of Embassy Complete
Embassy address Embassy phone number Dates of your visit
Note:
Include your FedEx/DHL/UPS
or
similar account number if you require a courier service
instead of regular mail and an email copy. We will send all
copies non-rush courier service unless you indicate
rush/overnight service. Courier service is at the
exhibitors' expense.
Send
all information to bball@msemgmt.com for processing. We
will process your request within 5 business days and return
the letter(s) of invitation to you by
email and also mail a print copy, regular mail,
unless you have indicated courier service preferred for
printed material.
Note:
Not all visas are approved and
we cannot assist you with the interview process nor can
anyone representing the Outside Travel Expo call
the
embassy or consulate on your behalf. If you are denied a
visitor visa,
you
may re-apply if there is new evidence to overcome the basis
for the
refusal.
In the absence of new
evidence, note that consular officers
are not
required to re-examine such cases.
