How do we purchase tickets to attend the show?
We generally begin selling tickets about 2 months before the show. You will have the ability to purchase tickets online or by calling a provided (800) number. How do we register for the Trade Conference?
We are currently developing this year's Trade Conference. You will have the ability to register online to attend the conference when it is finalized.
How much does it cost to exhibit?
$2,950 for a standard 10’ x 10’ booth package, $2,650 for an 8’ x 10’ booth package.
Booth packages include:
BOOTH DECORATION: booth carpeting, 8' high back drape, 3' high side drape, 6' draped table, 2 folding chairs, wastebasket, ID Sign (7”x44”)
PROMOTION: 1c x 2" ad in Special section of The New York Times prior to the show, company Web site link to show Web site, exhibitor name listed in exhibitor directory. (Only one ad per exhibitor contract)

How much promotional material should I bring to the show?
Although we are expecting 25,000 attendees at the show, not everyone will take collateral from your booth, so you should be prepared to distribute between 3,000 – 5,000 pieces.
How many staff members are we allowed to have working the booth at one time?
For each 10’ x 10’ booth we generally recommend 2 or 3 employees working your booth at any one time.
Who is the decorator?
The decorator has not yet been chosen, but we will post this information on the website when it is available.
Is there a partner hotel where exhibitors receive a discounted rate?
Currently there is no partner hotel, but we will list this information on the website when available.
Where do we ship our show material?
This information plus other operational information will be included in the “Exhibitor Kit” which will be posted on the website as the show draws closer.
